Our students from Petro-Canada Verenex Libya Project arrived over the weekend and have started settling in nicely to the Canadian way of life.
This morning we held a breakfast for the students to meet the SAIT staff members and representatives from both Petro-Canada and Verenex that they will be working with during their stay.
The students will be here for ten months, starting their Canadian education with English language training, and then receiving Production Field Operations (PFO) training. It’s not going to be all work and no play, though... We have plenty of fun activities lined up so that the students remember their time in Alberta for the rest of their lives!
Welcome to Canada!
